第百六条
A statement of holding subject voting rights submitted before the effective date pursuant to the provisions of Article 103-2, paragraph (1) of the Former Securities and Exchange Act by a person who, at the time of the enforcement of this Act, is a holder of subject voting rights (meaning the holder of subject voting rights prescribed in Article 103-3, paragraph (1) of the New Financial Instruments and Exchange Act) in an incorporated financial instruments exchange deemed to have received a license pursuant to the provisions of Article 99 of the Supplementary Provisions (hereinafter referred to as a "deemed licensed incorporated exchange") is deemed to have been submitted on the effective date pursuant to the provisions of Article 103-3, paragraph (1) of the New Financial Instruments and Exchange Act.
この法律の施行の際現に附則第九十九条の規定により免許を受けたものとみなされる株式会社金融商品取引所（以下「みなし免許株式会社取引所」という。）の対象議決権保有者（新金融商品取引法第百三条の三第一項に規定する対象議決権保有者をいう。）である者が施行日前に旧証券取引法第百三条の二第一項の規定により提出した対象議決権保有届出書は、施行日において新金融商品取引法第百三条の三第一項の規定により提出したものとみなす。
