Supplementary Provisions

This Act comes into effect as of the day on which the Act Partially Amending the Commercial Code, etc. comes into effect (October 1, 1982); provided, however, that the provisions in Article 1 amending Article 132-2, paragraph (1) of the Non-Contentious Case Procedures Act, the provisions in Article 2 amending Article 34 of the Secured Debenture Trust Act, the provisions of Article 3, Article 4, and Article 7, the provisions in Article 8 amending Article 10, paragraph (7) of the Agricultural Co-operatives Act, the provisions in Article 11 amending Article 2, paragraph (1), item (vi) of the National Property Act (limited to the part adding ", certificates of rights to subscribe for new shares" after "including rights to be represented on bonds issued by a corporation under a special Act)"), the provisions in Article 13 amending Article 9-8, paragraph (5) of the Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise Cooperatives Act, the provisions in Article 24 amending Article 53, paragraph (3) of the Shinkin Bank Act, the provisions in Article 26 amending Article 257, paragraph (4) of the Corporate Reorganization Act, the provisions in Article 31 amending Article 58, paragraph (6) of the Labor Bank Act, the provisions in Article 41 adding one Article after Article 82 of the Commercial Registration Act and the provisions amending Article 89 of that Act, and the provisions of Article 45 and Article 48 come into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order as referred to in the proviso to Article 1 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Commercial Code, etc.
