附 則
This Act comes into effect as of the day the Act Partially Amending the Commercial Code (Act No. 167 of 1950) comes into effect.
この法律は、商法の一部を改正する法律（昭和二十五年法律第百六十七号）施行の日から施行する。
The provisions of Article 5, paragraph (1), item (vii), Article 28, paragraph (2), item (iii), and Article 29, item (iii) of the Securities and Exchange Act before the amendment remain in force with regard to joint-stock limited partnership companies for the time being, even after this Act comes into effect.
改正前の証券取引法第五条第一項第七号、第二十八条第二項第三号及び第二十九条第三号の規定は、株式合資会社については、この法律施行後も、当分の間、なお、その効力を有する。
