第四十五条（健康保険の短時間労働者への適用に関する経過措置）
With regard to a person who acquired eligibility as an insured person covered by health insurance before the Item (v) Effective Date and continues to hold eligibility as an insured person until the Item (v) Effective Date, the provisions of Article 3, paragraph (1) of the Health Insurance Act (limited to the part pertaining to item (ix) of that paragraph) do not apply for as long as the person, on or after the Item (v) Effective Date, continues to be employed at the place of business at which the person was employed on the Item (v) Effective Date.
第五号施行日前に健康保険の被保険者の資格を取得して、第五号施行日まで引き続き被保険者の資格を有する者については、健康保険法第三条第一項（同項第九号に係る部分に限る。）の規定は、第五号施行日以降引き続き第五号施行日において使用されていた事業所に使用されている間は、適用しない。
