第二十七条
With regard to a person who, at the time of enforcement of the provisions of Article 4, is actually using the words "Japan Health Insurance Association" in its name, the provisions of Article 7-8 of the Health Insurance Act as Amended in October 2008 do not apply for six months after the enforcement of the provisions of Article 4.
第四条の規定の施行の際現にその名称中に全国健康保険協会という文字を用いている者については、平成二十年十月改正健保法第七条の八の規定は、第四条の規定の施行後六月間は、適用しない。
