Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 2002.
この法律は、平成十四年四月一日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 114Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Health Insurance Act and the Mariners Insurance Act
第百十四条（健康保険法及び船員保険法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The provisions of Article 58, paragraph (4) of the Health Insurance Act and Article 30-2, paragraph (5) of the Mariners Insurance Act, as amended by the provisions of the preceding Article, apply to the payment of injury and sickness allowance for which the grounds for payment arise on or after the Effective Date, and with regard to the payment of injury and sickness allowance for which the grounds for payment arise before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
前条の規定による改正後の健康保険法第五十八条第四項及び船員保険法第三十条ノ二第五項の規定は、施行日以後に支給事由が生じた傷病手当金の支給について適用し、施行日前に支給事由が生じた傷病手当金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
