Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on January 1, 2001; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the days specified in those items respectively.
この法律は、平成十三年一月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、それぞれ当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provisions of Article 1 adding three paragraphs to Article 58 of the Health Insurance Act, amending Article 69-31 of that Act and amending Article 12 of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act, the provisions of Article 4 adding two paragraphs to Article 30-2 of the Mariners Insurance Act, the provisions of Article 19 of the Supplementary Provisions amending Article 66 of the National Public Officers Mutual Aid Association Act and amending Article 74, paragraph (2) of that Act, the provisions of Article 21 of the Supplementary Provisions amending Article 68 of the Local Public Officers, etc. Mutual Aid Association Act and amending Article 76, paragraph (2) of that Act, and the provisions of Article 23 of the Supplementary Provisions amending Article 25 of the Private School Personnel Mutual Aid Association Act: April 1, 2001
第一条中健康保険法第五十八条に三項を加える改正規定、同法第六十九条の三十一の改正規定及び同法附則第十二条の改正規定、第四条中船員保険法第三十条ノ二に二項を加える改正規定、附則第十九条中国家公務員共済組合法第六十六条の改正規定及び同法第七十四条第二項の改正規定、附則第二十一条中地方公務員等共済組合法第六十八条の改正規定及び同法第七十六条第二項の改正規定並びに附則第二十三条中私立学校教職員共済法第二十五条の改正規定 平成十三年四月一日
