Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on October 1, 1994; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect on the dates specified in those items:
この法律は、平成六年十月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the amending provisions of Article 23 of the Health Insurance Act in Article 1, the amending provisions of Article 23-2 of that Act, the amending provisions of Article 37-2 of that Act, the amending provisions of Article 71-3 of that Act, the amending provisions of Article 71-4 of that Act, and the amending provisions of Article 76 of that Act (including the amending provisions of Articles 3, 5 and 8 and Article 9, paragraph (6) of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act), and the amending provisions of the table of contents of the Mariners Insurance Act in Article 2 (limited to the part replacing "Welfare Facilities" with "Welfare Services"), the amending provisions of the chapter title of Chapter III of that Act, the amending provisions of Article 23, paragraph (2) of that Act, the amending provisions of Article 50-4 of that Act, the amending provisions of the section title of Section 9 of Chapter III of that Act, the amending provisions of Article 57-2 of that Act, the amending provisions of Article 59-2, paragraph (1) of that Act, and the amending provisions that insert one Article after Article 60 of that Act, and the amending provisions of the table of contents of the National Health Insurance Act in Article 3 (limited to the part replacing "Healthcare Facilities" with "Healthcare Services"), the amending provisions of the chapter title of Chapter VI of that Act, the amending provisions of Article 82 of that Act, and the amending provisions that insert one Article after Article 116 of that Act, and the amending provisions of Article 5 of the Act on Health and Medical Services for the Elderly in Article 4, the amending provisions of Article 22 of that Act, and the amending provisions that add one paragraph to Article 25 of that Act, and the provisions of Article 29 of the Supplementary Provisions, the provisions of Article 30 of the Supplementary Provisions, the provisions of Article 56 of the Supplementary Provisions, and the provisions of Article 61 of the Supplementary Provisions: April 1, 1995;
第一条中健康保険法第二十三条の改正規定、同法第二十三条ノ二の改正規定、同法第三十七条ノ二の改正規定、同法第七十一条ノ三の改正規定、同法第七十一条ノ四の改正規定及び同法第七十六条の改正規定（同法附則第三条、第五条、第八条及び第九条第六項の改正規定を含む。）並びに第二条中船員保険法の目次の改正規定（「福祉施設」を「福祉事業」に改める部分に限る。）、同法第三章の章名の改正規定、同法第二十三条第二項の改正規定、同法第五十条ノ四の改正規定、同法第三章第九節の節名の改正規定、同法第五十七条ノ二の改正規定、同法第五十九条ノ二第一項の改正規定及び同法第六十条の次に一条を加える改正規定並びに第三条中国民健康保険法の目次の改正規定（「保健施設」を「保健事業」に改める部分に限る。）、同法第六章の章名の改正規定、同法第八十二条の改正規定及び同法第百十六条の次に一条を加える改正規定並びに第四条中老人保健法第五条の改正規定、同法第二十二条の改正規定及び同法第二十五条に一項を加える改正規定並びに附則第二十九条の規定並びに附則第三十条の規定並びに附則第五十六条の規定並びに附則第六十一条の規定 平成七年四月一日
