Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 1992; provided, however, that the amending provisions in Article 1 that insert one Article after Article 1 of the Health Insurance Act, the amending provisions of Article 3-2, paragraph (2) of that Act, the amending provisions that delete Article 24-2 of that Act, and the amending provisions of Article 69-11, Article 71-4, paragraph (5) (limited to the part replacing "Social Insurance Council" with "Council") and Article 79-3, paragraph (2) of that Act, the provisions of Article 2 (excluding the amending provisions of Article 4, paragraph (1) and Article 32, paragraph (2) of the Mariners Insurance Act), the provisions of Article 3, the provisions of Article 4, and the provisions of Articles 17 through 19 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding three months from the date of promulgation, and the amending provisions of Article 3, paragraph (1) of the Health Insurance Act in Article 1, the amending provisions of Article 4, paragraph (1) of the Mariners Insurance Act in Article 2, and the provisions of the following Article and Article 7 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on October 1 of the same year.
この法律は、平成四年四月一日から施行する。ただし、第一条中健康保険法第一条の次に一条を加える改正規定、同法第三条ノ二第二項の改正規定、同法第二十四条ノ二を削る改正規定並びに同法第六十九条の十一、第七十一条ノ四第五項（「社会保険審議会」を「審議会」に改める部分に限る。）及び第七十九条ノ三第二項の改正規定、第二条の規定（船員保険法第四条第一項及び第三十二条第二項の改正規定を除く。）、第三条の規定並びに第四条の規定並びに附則第十七条から第十九条までの規定は公布の日から起算して三月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から、第一条中健康保険法第三条第一項の改正規定、第二条中船員保険法第四条第一項の改正規定並びに次条及び附則第七条の規定は同年十月一日から施行する。
