第二十六条
With regard to the matters prescribed in Articles 44 through 48 of the Former Day Laborers Health Insurance Act that are necessary for the enforcement of day laborer health insurance under the provisions of the Former Day Laborers Health Insurance Act (including cases where those provisions are to be followed), the provisions then in force continue to govern.
旧日雇健保法の規定（これらの規定の例によることとされる場合を含む。）に係る日雇労働者健康保険の施行に関し必要な旧日雇健保法第四十四条から第四十八条までにおいて規定する事項については、なお従前の例による。
