This Act comes into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding three months from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 1 amending Article 3, paragraph (1) of the Health Insurance Act (limited to the part pertaining to the table in that paragraph), the provisions of Article 2 amending Article 4, paragraph (1) of the Mariners Insurance Act, the provisions amending Article 59 of that Act (limited to the part pertaining to pension insurance premium rates), the provisions adding one Article after Article 59 of that Act, the provisions amending Article 59-2 of that Act, the provisions amending Article 60 of that Act (limited to the part pertaining to pension insurance premium rates), the provisions amending paragraphs (12) and (13) of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act, the provisions amending paragraphs (18) through (20) of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act, and the provisions of Articles 9 through 12 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect as of October 1, 1984; the provisions of Article 1 adding two Articles to the Supplementary Provisions of the Health Insurance Act, the provisions of Article 2 adding three paragraphs to the Supplementary Provisions of the Mariners Insurance Act, the provisions of Article 3 adding five paragraphs to the Supplementary Provisions of the National Health Insurance Act, the provisions of Article 46 of the Supplementary Provisions amending Article 12 of the Supplementary Provisions of the National Public Officers, etc. Mutual Aid Association Act (Act No. 128 of 1958), the provisions of Article 48 of the Supplementary Provisions adding one Article after Article 17 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Local Public Officers, etc. Mutual Aid Association Act (Act No. 152 of 1962), and the provisions of Article 50 of the Supplementary Provisions amending Article 25, paragraph (1) of the Private School Personnel Mutual Aid Association Act (Act No. 245 of 1953) and amending the table in that paragraph (excluding the part pertaining to the entry for Article 126-5, paragraph (2)) come into effect as of April 1, 1985; the provisions of Article 2 amending Article 59-3 of the Mariners Insurance Act come into effect as of October 1 of the same year; the provisions of Article 1 amending Article 13, item (ii) of the Health Insurance Act and the provisions of Article 3 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect as of April 1, 1986; and the provisions of Article 1 amending Article 43-14, paragraph (1) of the Health Insurance Act and adding one Article before Article 44-2 (limited to the part pertaining to Article 44, paragraph (11) of that Act), the provisions of Article 3 amending Article 50, paragraph (1) of the National Health Insurance Act, the provisions amending Article 53 of that Act (limited to the part pertaining to paragraph (9) of that Article) and the provisions adding two Sections after Article 81 in Chapter V of that Act (limited to the part pertaining to Articles 81-9 through 81-12), and the provisions of Article 61 of the Supplementary Provisions (limited to the provisions amending Article 14 of the Social Insurance Council and Social Insurance Medical Council Act (Act No. 47 of 1950)) come into effect as of the date of promulgation.
