Supplementary Provisions, Article 9Transitional Measures Concerning Persons Designated by Insurers
第九条（保険者の指定する者に関する経過措置）
A person that an insurer has actually designated pursuant to the provisions of Article 43-2, paragraph (1) of the Former Act as of May 1, 1957 is deemed, until July 31, 1957, to fall under a hospital, clinic or pharmacy listed in Article 43, paragraph (3), item (ii) of the New Act even if the person does not fall under it, and that designation under the Former Act is deemed to be a designation pursuant to the provisions of Article 43, paragraph (3), item (ii) of the New Act.
昭和三十二年五月一日において現に保険者が旧法第四十三条ノ二第一項の規定による指定をしている者は、昭和三十二年七月三十一日までは、新法第四十三条第三項第二号に掲げる病院若しくは診療所又は薬局に該当しないものであつても、これに該当するものとみなし、旧法によるその指定は、新法第四十三条第三項第二号の規定による指定とみなす。
