Supplementary Provisions, Article 11Transitional Measures Concerning Insurance Benefits for Periods after Loss of Eligibility
第十一条（資格喪失後の期間に係る保険給付に関する経過措置）
With regard to a person who, as of May 1, 1957, is actually receiving insurance benefits pursuant to the provisions of Article 55 of the Former Act (including the case where it applies mutatis mutandis under Article 57, paragraph (2), Article 59-2, paragraph (5) and Article 59-4, paragraph (3) of the Former Act), the provisions then in force continue to govern, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 55 of the New Act.
昭和三十二年五月一日において現に旧法第五十五条（旧法第五十七条第二項、第五十九条ノ二第五項及び第五十九条ノ四第三項において準用する場合を含む。）の規定により保険給付を受けている者については、新法第五十五条の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
