第二条（延滞金に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 3-2, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Local Tax Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "New Act") apply to the portion of delinquency charges corresponding to the period on or after January 1, 2004, and the provisions then in force continue to govern the portion corresponding to the period before that date.
第一条の規定による改正後の地方税法（以下「新法」という。）附則第三条の二第一項の規定は、延滞金のうち平成十六年一月一日以後の期間に対応するものについて適用し、同日前の期間に対応するものについては、なお従前の例による。
The provisions of Article 3-2, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of the New Act apply to the portion of delinquency charges corresponding to the period on or after April 1, 2004, and the provisions then in force continue to govern the portion corresponding to the period before that date.
