Supplementary Provisions, Article 152Transitional Measures Accompanying Partial Amendment of the Local Tax Act
第百五十二条（地方税法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
A permission granted before the Effective Date pursuant to the provisions of Article 259, Article 316 or Article 669 of the Local Tax Act prior to amendment by the provisions of Article 463, or an application for a permission actually pending pursuant to those provisions at the time of the enforcement of this Act, is deemed to be a consent given or a request for consultation made, respectively, pursuant to the provisions of Article 259, Article 316 or Article 669 of the Local Tax Act as amended by the provisions of Article 463.
施行日前に第四百六十三条の規定による改正前の地方税法第二百五十九条、第三百十六条又は第六百六十九条の規定によりされた許可又はこの法律の施行の際現にこれらの規定によりされている許可の申請は、それぞれ第四百六十三条の規定による改正後の地方税法第二百五十九条、第三百十六条又は第六百六十九条の規定によりされた同意又は協議の申出とみなす。
