Supplementary Provisions, Article 11Application of Provisions on Light Motor Vehicle Tax
第十一条（軽自動車税に関する規定の適用）
The provisions of Article 445-2, paragraphs (3) and (4) of the New Act apply from light motor vehicle tax for fiscal year 1977, and the provisions then in force continue to govern light motor vehicle tax up to fiscal year 1976.
新法第四百四十五条の二第三項及び第四項の規定は、昭和五十二年度分の軽自動車税から適用し、昭和五十一年度分までの軽自動車税については、なお従前の例による。
The provisions of Article 30-2 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Former Act remain in force with respect to light motor vehicle tax for fiscal year 1976.
旧法附則第三十条の二の規定は、昭和五十一年度分の軽自動車税については、なおその効力を有する。
