第十四条（自動車税に関する規定の適用）
The provisions of Article 149 of the New Act apply from automobile tax for fiscal year 1963.
新法第百四十九条の規定は、昭和三十八年度分の自動車税から適用する。
In applying the provisions of Article 149 of the New Act, only for automobile tax for fiscal year 1963, the phrase "May" in Article 149 of the New Act is deemed to be replaced with "April or May".
新法第百四十九条の規定の適用については、昭和三十八年度分の自動車税に限り、同条中「五月」とあるのは、「四月又は五月」とする。
