Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on the day following the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions amending the provisions on amusement facility use tax, amusement, eating and drinking tax, electricity and gas tax, timber delivery tax and bathing tax (excluding the provision amending the provisions so as to add one Article after Article 78) come into effect on July 1, 1957.
この法律は、公布の日の翌日から施行する。ただし、娯楽施設利用税、遊興飲食税、電気ガス税、木材引取税及び入湯税に関する改正規定（第七十八条の次に一条を加える改正規定を除く。）は、昭和三十二年七月一日から施行する。
