第十六条
The notification under paragraph (1) of the preceding Article may be made even before the item (vi) Effective Date in the same manner as under the provisions of that paragraph. In this case, the notification is deemed to have been made on the item (vi) Effective Date.
前条第一項の届出は、第六号施行日前においても、同項の規定の例により、行うことができる。この場合において、当該届出は、第六号施行日においてされたものとみなす。
