Among persons who acquired eligibility as an insured person before April 1, 1957 and have continued to have eligibility as an insured person until that day (excluding persons who have eligibility as an insured person pursuant to the provisions of Article 20 of the Health Insurance Act), with regard to the standard remuneration amount from April 1 to September 30 of that year of a person whose standard monthly remuneration amount for March 1957 is 36,000 yen, Article 3 of the New Act applies, deeming the person to have acquired eligibility as an insured person on April 1 of that year.
