Supplementary Provisions, Article 8
第八条
The provisions of the preceding two Articles apply mutatis mutandis to a person who conducts electronic disclosure procedures other than continuous disclosure procedures. In this case, the phrase "June 1, 2001" in Article 6, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions is deemed to be replaced with "the date specified in Article 1, item (iii) of the Supplementary Provisions".
Effective Date
Article 8 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period from June 1, 2001 to June 1, 2002
