When a financial instruments business operator, etc. accepts entrustment of a commodity-related market derivatives transaction, etc. (meaning a commodity-related derivatives transaction, or intermediation, brokerage, or agency for the entrustment; hereinafter the same applies in this Article), the business operator, etc. must not close a transaction by becoming the counterparty without conducting commodity-related derivatives transaction, etc. in relation to that entrustment.
