第十四条の十二（法附則第九条の四の六第一項の政令で定める法令）
The laws and regulations referred to in Article 9-4-6, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act as the Employees' Pension Insurance Act and other laws and regulations specified by Cabinet Order are the following Acts:
法附則第九条の四の六第一項に規定する厚生年金保険法その他の政令で定める法令は、次に掲げる法律とする。

An insured person or a person who was an insured person who intends to make the request under Article 9-4-7, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act must submit a written request to the Japan Pension Service.
法附則第九条の四の七第一項の申出をしようとする被保険者又は被保険者であつた者は、申出書を機構に提出しなければならない。
第十四条の十五（法附則第九条の四の七第一項第一号の政令で定める法令）
The laws and regulations specified by Cabinet Order prescribed in Article 9-4-7, paragraph (1), item (i) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act are the Act and the former Act and the orders based on them or for implementing them (including transitional measures upon the amendment of those laws and regulations).
法附則第九条の四の七第一項第一号に規定する政令で定める法令は、法及び旧法並びにこれらに基づく又はこれらを実施するための命令（これらの法令の改正の際の経過措置を含む。）とする。
第十四条の十六（法附則第九条の四の七第一項第一号の政令で定める手続）
The procedures specified by Cabinet Order prescribed in Article 9-4-7, paragraph (1), item (i) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act are the following procedures:
法附則第九条の四の七第一項第一号に規定する政令で定める手続は、次に掲げる手続とする。

第十四条の十八（法附則第九条の四の七第四項及び第六項の政令で定める法令）
The laws and regulations specified by Cabinet Order prescribed in Article 9-4-7, paragraphs (4) and (6) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act are the Act and other laws and regulations that provide for insured persons, insured periods or premiums.
法附則第九条の四の七第四項及び第六項に規定する政令で定める法令は、法その他の被保険者、被保険者期間又は保険料に関して定めた法令とする。
第十四条の十九（法附則第九条の四の七第五項の政令で定める法令）
The laws and regulations specified by Cabinet Order prescribed in Article 9-4-7, paragraph (5) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act are the Act and other laws and regulations that provide for insured persons, insured periods or the premiums prescribed in Article 87-2, paragraph (1) of the Act.
法附則第九条の四の七第五項に規定する政令で定める法令は、法その他の被保険者、被保険者期間又は法第八十七条の二第一項に規定する保険料に関して定めた法令とする。
第十四条の二十（昭和六十一年三月三十一日以前の期間についての特定事由に係る申出等に関する読替え）
In the case of applying the provisions of Article 9-4-7 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act to a period on or before March 31, 1986, in addition to the provisions of Article 9-4-8 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act, the phrase "old-age basic pension" in Article 9-4-7, paragraph (7) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act is deemed to be replaced with "old-age basic pension, the old-age pension under Article 9-3, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions, the old-age pension (excluding the old-age welfare pension) or aggregated old-age pension under this Act prior to amendment by Article 1 of the 1985 Amendment Act, or the old-age pension under Article 9-3, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions prior to amendment by that Article", and the phrase "a period eligible for full exemption (excluding one relating to premiums treated as not required to be paid under the provisions of Article 90-3, paragraph (1))" is deemed to be replaced with "a period eligible for full exemption".
昭和六十一年三月三十一日以前の期間について、法附則第九条の四の七の規定を適用する場合においては、法附則第九条の四の八の規定によるほか、法附則第九条の四の七第七項中「老齢基礎年金」とあるのは「老齢基礎年金若しくは附則第九条の三第一項の規定による老齢年金又は昭和六十年改正法第一条の規定による改正前のこの法律による老齢年金（老齢福祉年金を除く。）若しくは通算老齢年金若しくは同条の規定による改正前の附則第九条の三第一項の規定による老齢年金」と、「全額免除対象期間（第九十条の三第一項の規定により納付することを要しないものとされた保険料に係るものを除く。）」とあるのは「全額免除対象期間」とする。
