附 則
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of promulgation, and the provisions of Article 5-2, paragraph (2) as amended by this Cabinet Order apply from October 1, 1963.
この政令は、公布の日から施行し、この政令による改正後の第五条の二第二項の規定は、昭和三十八年十月一日から適用する。
The provisions of Article 6-2, paragraph (2) as amended by this Cabinet Order apply to the suspension of payment of disability welfare pensions, mother-and-child welfare pensions, quasi-mother-and-child welfare pensions and old-age welfare pensions based on income for 1966 and subsequent years, and with regard to that suspension of payment based on income for 1965 and earlier years, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この政令による改正後の第六条の二第二項の規定は、昭和四十一年以降の年の所得による障害福祉年金、母子福祉年金、準母子福祉年金及び老齢福祉年金の支給の停止について適用し、昭和四十年以前の年の所得による当該支給の停止については、なお従前の例による。
