Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on April 1, 2002.
この政令は、平成十四年四月一日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 3Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act
第三条（国民年金法施行令の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The provisions of Articles 4-4 and 4-8 of the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act as amended by the provisions of Article 3 (referred to as the "New Enforcement Order" in the following paragraph) apply to benefits in the form of a pension under the National Pension Act (Act No. 141 of 1959) paid for months on or after the Effective Date, and with regard to benefits in the form of a pension under that Act paid for months before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
第三条の規定による改正後の国民年金法施行令（次項において「新施行令」という。）第四条の四及び第四条の八の規定は、施行日以後の月分として支給される国民年金法（昭和三十四年法律第百四十一号）による年金たる給付について適用し、施行日前の月分として支給される同法による年金たる給付については、なお従前の例による。
With regard to benefits whose ground for payment is disability under the provisions of Article 6-5 of the New Enforcement Order, in relation to the payment of National Pension premiums for March 2002, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
平成十四年三月分の国民年金の保険料の納付に係る新施行令第六条の五の規定による障害を支給事由とする給付については、なお従前の例による。
