附 則
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on August 1, 1982; provided, however, that the provisions amending Articles 5 through 5-3 of the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act in Article 1, the provisions amending Articles 6 through 6-3 of that Order, the provisions amending Article 6-4 of that Order (limited to the part replacing "Article 79-2, paragraph (6)" with "Article 79-2, paragraph (5)"), the provisions amending Article 6-5 of that Order, and the provisions amending Article 6 of the Order for Enforcement of the Act on Special Child Rearing Allowance in Article 2 come into effect on the date of promulgation.
この政令は、昭和五十七年八月一日から施行する。ただし、第一条中国民年金法施行令第五条から第五条の三までの改正規定、同令第六条から第六条の三までの改正規定、同令第六条の四の改正規定（「第七十九条の二第六項」を「第七十九条の二第五項」に改める部分に限る。）及び同令第六条の五の改正規定並びに第二条中特別児童扶養手当等の支給に関する法律施行令第六条の改正規定は、公布の日から施行する。
The provisions then in force continue to govern the suspension of payment of the disability welfare pension and old-age welfare pension for the months on or before July 1982.
昭和五十七年七月以前の月分の障害福祉年金及び老齢福祉年金の支給の停止については、なお従前の例による。
