附 則
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of promulgation.
この政令は、公布の日から施行する。
The provisions of Article 5-4 and Article 6-2, paragraph (2) of the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act as amended by this Cabinet Order apply to the suspension of payment of the disability welfare pension, mother-and-child welfare pension, quasi-mother-and-child welfare pension and old-age welfare pension for the months from May 1973 onward, and the provisions then in force continue to govern the suspension of payment of these welfare pensions for the months on or before April of that year.
改正後の第五条の四及び第六条の二第二項の規定は、昭和四十八年五月以降の月分の障害福祉年金、母子福祉年金、準母子福祉年金及び老齢福祉年金の支給の停止について適用し、同年四月以前の月分のこれらの福祉年金の支給の停止については、なお従前の例による。
