附 則
This Cabinet Order comes into effect as of the date of promulgation, and the provisions listed in the following items, as amended by this Cabinet Order, apply from the contributions, subsidies or grants specified respectively in those items; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 5 come into effect on April 1, 2006.
この政令は、公布の日から施行し、この政令による改正後の次の各号に掲げる規定は、それぞれ当該各号に定める負担金、補助金又は交付金から適用する。ただし、第五条の規定は、平成十八年四月一日から施行する。
