附 則
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of enforcement of the provisions listed in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, etc. to Ensure the Soundness and Reliability of the Public Pension System (July 1, 2013); provided, however, that the provisions of the following paragraph come into effect on February 1, 2015.
この政令は、公的年金制度の健全性及び信頼性の確保のための厚生年金保険法等の一部を改正する法律附則第一条第二号に掲げる規定の施行の日（平成二十五年七月一日）から施行する。ただし、次項の規定は、平成二十七年二月一日から施行する。
A person who is or was an insured person of the National Pension and who intends to obtain approval of payment of the specified premium prescribed in Article 9-4-3, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the National Pension Act pursuant to that paragraph may submit an application form for payment of the specified premium, even before April 1, 2015, in accordance with the provisions of Article 14-10 of the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1. In this case, the submission of that application form is deemed to have been made on that day pursuant to the provisions of that Article.
国民年金法附則第九条の四の三第一項の規定により同項に規定する特定保険料の納付の承認を受けようとする国民年金の被保険者又は被保険者であった者は、平成二十七年四月一日前においても、第一条の規定による改正後の国民年金法施行令第十四条の十の規定の例により、特定保険料納付申込書の提出を行うことができる。この場合において、当該申込書の提出は、同日において、同条の規定によりされたものとみなす。
