Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on April 1, 2002.
この政令は、平成十四年四月一日から施行する。

第二条（学生等に係る国民年金の保険料の免除に関する経過措置）
With regard to the scope of students under the provisions of Article 6-6 of the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1, and the calculation of the amount of income under the provisions of Article 6-12 of that Order, in relation to the payment of National Pension premiums for March 2002, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
平成十四年三月分の国民年金の保険料の納付に係る第一条の規定による改正後の国民年金法施行令第六条の六の規定による学生の範囲及び第六条の十二の規定による所得の額の計算については、なお従前の例による。
