附 則
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on July 1, 1978; provided, however, that the provisions amending Article 5-2, Article 5-4, paragraphs (1) and (3), and Article 6-2 of the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act, and the provisions of the following paragraph, come into effect on August 1 of that year.
この政令は、昭和五十三年七月一日から施行する。ただし、第五条の二、第五条の四第一項及び第三項並びに第六条の二の改正規定並びに次項の規定は同年八月一日から施行する。
The provisions then in force continue to govern the suspension of payment of the disability welfare pension, mother-and-child welfare pension, quasi-mother-and-child welfare pension and old-age welfare pension for the months on or before July 1978.
昭和五十三年七月以前の月分の障害福祉年金、母子福祉年金、準母子福祉年金及び老齢福祉年金の支給の停止については、なお従前の例による。
