Article 14-12Laws and Regulations Specified by Cabinet Order under Article 9-4-6, Paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act
第十四条の十二（法附則第九条の四の六第一項の政令で定める法令）
The laws and regulations referred to in Article 9-4-6, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act as the Employees' Pension Insurance Act and other laws and regulations specified by Cabinet Order are the following Acts:
法附則第九条の四の六第一項に規定する厚生年金保険法その他の政令で定める法令は、次に掲げる法律とする。
The National Public Officers Mutual Aid Association Act before the 2012 unification, as it continues to have effect;
なお効力を有する平成二十四年一元化法改正前国共済法
The Local Public Officers, etc. Mutual Aid Association Act before the 2012 unification, as it continues to have effect;
なお効力を有する平成二十四年一元化法改正前地共済法
the Private School Personnel Mutual Aid Association Act before the 2012 unification that remains in effect; and
なお効力を有する平成二十四年一元化法改正前私学共済法
the former agricultural, forestry and fishery mutual aid law (meaning the former agricultural, forestry and fishery mutual aid law prescribed in Article 2, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 2001 Integration Act; the same applies in paragraph (1), item (v) of the following Article).
旧農林共済法（平成十三年統合法附則第二条第一項第二号に規定する旧農林共済法をいう。次条第一項第五号において同じ。）
The laws and regulations referred to in Article 9-4-6, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act as the Act and other laws and regulations specified by Cabinet Order are the following Acts and the orders based on them or for implementing them (including transitional measures upon the amendment of those laws and regulations):
法附則第九条の四の六第一項に規定する法その他の政令で定める法令は、次に掲げる法律及びこれに基づく又はこれを実施するための命令（これらの法令の改正の際の経過措置を含む。）とする。
