附 則
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on June 1, 2002; provided, however, that the provisions of Articles 1 through 3 and Article 7, and the following paragraph and paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on August 1, 2002.
この政令は、平成十四年六月一日から施行する。ただし、第一条から第三条まで及び第七条並びに次項及び附則第三項の規定は、平成十四年八月一日から施行する。
With regard to the suspension of payment of disability basic pensions for months up to and including July 2002, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
平成十四年七月以前の月分の障害基礎年金の支給の停止については、なお従前の例による。
