Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on April 1, 2021; provided, however, that the provisions listed in the following items come into effect on the dates specified respectively in those items.
この政令は、令和三年四月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。

第二条（経過措置）
The provisions of Article 6-2, paragraph (2) (limited to the portion relating to item (ii)) of the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 apply to the suspension of payment of the disability basic pension under Article 30-4 of the National Pension Act (Act No. 141 of 1959) for a period in or after October 2021.
第一条の規定による改正後の国民年金法施行令第六条の二第二項（第二号に係る部分に限る。）の規定は、令和三年十月以後の期間に係る国民年金法（昭和三十四年法律第百四十一号）第三十条の四の規定による障害基礎年金の支給停止について適用する。
The provisions of Article 6-12, paragraph (2) (limited to the portion relating to item (ii)) of the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 apply to the premiums prescribed in Article 87, paragraph (1) of the National Pension Act for a period on or after the month following the month in 2021 specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 90, paragraph (1), item (i) of the National Pension Act, and to the dispositions for arrears and other dispositions prescribed in Article 109-5, paragraph (1) of the National Pension Act for a period on or after the month following the month in that year specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 11-10, item (iii) of the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act.
第一条の規定による改正後の国民年金法施行令第六条の十二第二項（第二号に係る部分に限る。）の規定は、令和三年における国民年金法第九十条第一項第一号の厚生労働省令で定める月の翌月以後の期間に係る同法第八十七条第一項に規定する保険料及び同年における国民年金法施行令第十一条の十第三号の厚生労働省令で定める月の翌月以後の期間に係る同法第百九条の五第一項に規定する滞納処分等その他の処分について適用する。
