Article 14-20Replacement of Terms concerning Requests, etc. for Specified Reasons with respect to Periods on or before March 31, 1986

In the case of applying the provisions of Article 9-4-7 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act to a period on or before March 31, 1986, in addition to the provisions of Article 9-4-8 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act, the phrase "old-age basic pension" in Article 9-4-7, paragraph (7) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act is deemed to be replaced with "old-age basic pension, the old-age pension under Article 9-3, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions, the old-age pension (excluding the old-age welfare pension) or aggregated old-age pension under this Act prior to amendment by Article 1 of the 1985 Amendment Act, or the old-age pension under Article 9-3, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions prior to amendment by that Article", and the phrase "a period eligible for full exemption (excluding one relating to premiums treated as not required to be paid under the provisions of Article 90-3, paragraph (1))" is deemed to be replaced with "a period eligible for full exemption".
