附 則
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on August 1, 1976; provided, however, that the provisions of Articles 4 and 9 come into effect on September 1 of that year.
この政令は、昭和五十一年八月一日から施行する。ただし、第四条及び第九条の規定は、同年九月一日から施行する。
