附 則
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions amending Article 5-2 of the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act and the provisions of the following paragraph come into effect on September 1, 1974.
この政令は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、第五条の二の改正規定及び次項の規定は、昭和四十九年九月一日から施行する。
The provisions then in force continue to govern the suspension of payment of the disability welfare pension, mother-and-child welfare pension, quasi-mother-and-child welfare pension and old-age welfare pension (including old-age special benefits) for the months on or before August 1974.
昭和四十九年八月以前の月分の障害福祉年金、母子福祉年金、準母子福祉年金及び老齢福祉年金（老齢特別給付金を含む。）の支給の停止については、なお従前の例による。
