This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of enforcement of the provisions listed in Article 1, item (iii) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, etc. to Unify, etc. the Employees' Pension Systems (August 1, 2013).
この政令は、被用者年金制度の一元化等を図るための厚生年金保険法等の一部を改正する法律附則第一条第三号に掲げる規定の施行の日（平成二十五年八月一日）から施行する。
