Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of promulgation, and applies from April 1, 1966.
この政令は、公布の日から施行し、昭和四十一年四月一日から適用する。

第六条（国民年金法施行令の一部改正等に伴う経過措置）
With regard to benefits for persons who, on the day before the date of application, were actually subject to Article 4, items (v) through (vii) of the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act prior to amendment by the provisions of the preceding Article, being benefits pertaining to the provisions of that Cabinet Order and benefits specified by Order of the Ministry of Home Affairs, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
適用日の前日において現に前条の規定による改正前の国民年金法施行令第四条第五号から第七号までの適用を受けていた者に対する同令の規定に係る給付及び自治省令で定める給付については、なお従前の例による。
