This Cabinet Order comes into effect on April 1, 2024.
この政令は、令和六年四月一日から施行する。

第二条（国民年金法施行令の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The provisions then in force continue to govern the suspension of payment of the disability basic pension under Article 30-4 of the National Pension Act for a month on or before March 2024.
令和六年三月以前の月分の国民年金法第三十条の四の規定による障害基礎年金の支給の停止については、なお従前の例による。
