This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Act on Compensation for Public Service Injuries and Accidents of School Physicians of Public Schools (Act No. 57 of 1960) (July 25, 1960).
この政令は、公立学校の学校医の公務災害補償に関する法律の一部を改正する法律（昭和三十五年法律第五十七号）の施行の日（昭和三十五年七月二十五日）から施行する。
