Supplementary Provisions, Article 3Transitional Measures Concerning Exclusion from Application of the Administrative Procedure Act
第三条（行政手続法の適用除外に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 18-4, paragraph (1) of the New Act apply to acts prescribed in that paragraph performed on or after January 1, 2013, and with regard to acts prescribed in Article 18-4, paragraph (1) of the Former Act performed before that date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
新法第十八条の四第一項の規定は、平成二十五年一月一日以後にする同項に規定する行為について適用し、同日前にした旧法第十八条の四第一項に規定する行為については、なお従前の例による。
