第五条（狩猟者登録税に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 237, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the New Act apply to hunter registration tax to be imposed on a person who is to receive hunter registration on or after the Effective Date, and for hunter registration tax on a person who received hunter registration before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
新法第二百三十七条第一項第二号の規定は、施行日以後に狩猟者の登録を受ける者に対して課すべき狩猟者登録税について適用し、施行日前に狩猟者の登録を受けた者に対する狩猟者登録税については、なお従前の例による。
