第十七条（政令への委任）
In addition to what is provided for in the preceding Articles, necessary transitional measures for the enforcement of the provisions of Article 1 are specified by Cabinet Order.
前各条に定めるもののほか、第一条の規定の施行に関し必要な経過措置は、政令で定める。
