Supplementary Provisions, Article 8Application of Provisions on Distribution of Amusement Facility Use Tax
第八条（娯楽施設利用税の交付に関する規定の適用）
The provisions of Article 112-2 of the New Act apply to the portion of amusement facility use tax imposed on use of golf courses on or after June 1, 1966 that is remitted or paid to a prefecture.
新法第百十二条の二の規定は、昭和四十一年六月一日以後におけるゴルフ場の利用に対して課する娯楽施設利用税で道府県に納入され、又は納付された分から適用する。
