第三十六条

The provisions of Article 388, Article 389, paragraphs (1) and (5), Article 396, paragraph (1), Article 401, Article 403, paragraph (1), Article 419, paragraph (1) and Article 422-2 of the New Act apply from fixed assets tax for fiscal year 1964, and the provisions then in force continue to govern fixed assets tax through fiscal year 1963.

新法第三百八十八条、第三百八十九条第一項及び第五項、第三百九十六条第一項、第四百一条、第四百三条第一項、第四百十九条第一項並びに第四百二十二条の二の規定は、昭和三十九年度分の固定資産税から適用し、昭和三十八年度分までの固定資産税については、なお従前の例による。
