Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of April 1, 1958; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 11, item (ii) come into effect as of October 1, 1958, and the provisions of Article 2, paragraphs (1) through (7) of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect as of the date of promulgation.
この法律は、昭和三十三年四月一日から施行する。ただし、第十一条第二号の規定は同年十月一日から、附則第二条第一項から第七項までの規定は公布の日から施行する。
