第百五十六条
An act falling under Article 82, paragraph (1), item (iii) of the Former Trust Business Act that was committed before the effective date by a bank, cooperative financial institution or other financial institution specified by Cabinet Order is deemed to be an act that falls under Article 52-2, paragraph (1), item (iii) of the New Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, and the provisions of that paragraph apply.
銀行、協同組織金融機関その他政令で定める金融機関が施行日前にした旧信託業法第八十二条第一項第三号に該当する行為は、新金融商品取引法第五十二条の二第一項第三号に該当する行為とみなして、同項の規定を適用する。
