第百五十条
The provisions of Article 31, paragraphs (1) through (3) of the New Financial Instruments and Exchange Act do not apply to a deemed registered type-II financial instruments business operator until the day on which that deemed registered type-II financial instruments business operator submits the documents prescribed in Article 147, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions pursuant to the provisions of that paragraph.
新金融商品取引法第三十一条第一項から第三項までの規定は、みなし登録第二種業者については、当該みなし登録第二種業者が附則第百四十七条第二項の規定により同項に規定する書類を提出する日までの間は、適用しない。
