Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 2018; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect on the dates specified respectively in those items:
この法律は、平成三十年四月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。

The provisions of Article 1 amending Articles 152 and 153 of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act, the provisions amending Article 202, paragraph (1), Article 203, paragraph (1) and Article 214, paragraph (3) of that Act, the provisions amending Articles 11 and 12 of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act, and the provisions revising Article 13 of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act to be Article 15 of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act and adding two articles after Article 12 of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act; the provisions of Article 2 amending Articles 152 and 153 of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act as it stood prior to its amendment by the provisions of Article 26 of the Act Partially Amending the Health Insurance Act, etc., that pre-amendment Act, which remains in force pursuant to the provisions of Article 130-2, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Health Insurance Act, etc. (the pre-amendment Act being hereinafter referred to as the "2006 Former Long-Term Care Insurance Act"), the provisions amending Article 202, paragraph (1), Article 203, paragraph (1) and Article 214, paragraph (3) of the 2006 Former Long-Term Care Insurance Act, the provisions amending Articles 9 and 10 of the Supplementary Provisions of the 2006 Former Long-Term Care Insurance Act, and the provisions adding two articles to the Supplementary Provisions of the 2006 Former Long-Term Care Insurance Act; the provisions of Article 5 (excluding the provisions amending Article 88, paragraph (1) of the Health Insurance Act); and the provisions of Articles 3 through 6, Articles 18 through 21, Article 24, Article 25 and Article 44 of the Supplementary Provisions: July 1, 2017;
第一条中介護保険法第百五十二条及び第百五十三条の改正規定、同法第二百二条第一項、第二百三条第一項及び第二百十四条第三項の改正規定、同法附則第十一条及び第十二条の改正規定並びに同法附則第十三条を同法附則第十五条とし、同法附則第十二条の次に二条を加える改正規定、第二条中健康保険法等の一部を改正する法律附則第百三十条の二第一項の規定によりなおその効力を有するものとされた同法第二十六条の規定による改正前の介護保険法（以下「平成十八年旧介護保険法」という。）第百五十二条及び第百五十三条の改正規定、平成十八年旧介護保険法第二百二条第一項、第二百三条第一項及び第二百十四条第三項の改正規定、平成十八年旧介護保険法附則第九条及び第十条の改正規定並びに平成十八年旧介護保険法附則に二条を加える改正規定並びに第五条の規定（健康保険法第八十八条第一項の改正規定を除く。）並びに附則第三条から第六条まで、第十八条から第二十一条まで、第二十四条、第二十五条及び第四十四条の規定 平成二十九年七月一日
